Abstract Submission
Please submit your abstract via the indico page indicated below. First you are requested to create your account in the indico system.
The instructions for the abstract submission are following:
- The abstract should not exceed 2000 characters.
- Presentation type, oral or poster, should be specified.
- Session category, to which you like to submit your contribution, has to be selected.
- In each abstract, a summary of maximum two pages must be accompanied to provide details of your contribution. There is no pre-determined layout, and important plots and/or figures can be included. This summary should be in PDF format and be uploaded into the indico page during submission process (click "Attach a file" in the webpage).
The deadline of the abstract submission is July 31. All contributions will be reviewed
by the corresponding session convenors. The decision will be notified in September.
