Registration

Registration types and fees are summarized below. Registration fee for participants includes conference material, welcome drink, coffee breaks, excursions, banquet, and proceedings. Fee for accompanying persons includes welcome drink, excursions, and banquet.

Payment should be completed by registration deadline shown above. For instance, if you would like to take benefit of early-bird registration fee, your payment should be completed by September 30, 2013. Note that deadlines are indicated in Japanese Standard Time.

Registration and payment as well as reservation of your accommodation can be done via a web page by a travel agency called "Japan Travel Bureau (JTB)". First you need to create your account in the JTB reservation system, and proceed registration and reservation pages. For payment, major credit cards can be accepted.

The deadline of early-bird registration extended to October 7 !

The JTB web site asks you to pay full deposite of your accommodation fee beforehand. If this is incovenient for you, please make a reservation by selecting a room type for conference period via the web, however, DO NOT proceed the payment page. Instead, you can tell your request to the JTB office (mice-tsukuba@web.jtb.jp) via mail. Then, the JTB office will arrange for you. Note that you should send mail BEFORE payment is completed. In case that you change/cancel your reservation after October 31 (JST), you will be charged extra fee, based on cancellation policy indicated in the JTB page.
